bCrochet these incredibly warm mittens that have a wool lining made of “thrums”! These thrums are crocheted strategically into the mitten so that they provide an incredible layer of warmth and softness inside – the thrums will felt over time to become a fleece layer. These bulky mittens work up very quickly and look so adorable with the puffy hearts! I used Hue + Me yarn (bulky level 5) for the mittens and Fifty Fifty yarn (wool/alpaca blend) to create the thrums.
