The Weekend Jacket is distinctive, beautiful, and easy to knit. The main body of this coat is worked from side to side, which enables the self-striping patterns of Marble Chunky to run vertically for additional interest. The armholes are notched into the body, and the stitch pattern doesn’t get more complicated than combinations of garter stitch and ribbing.
