This thirteen-colored striped stole drapes with style thanks to wide ribs knit on the bias, and the fringe is easy – it’s knit in, so no loose ends to weave in later.
Construction: Work stole in two sections and graft. Change colors or cut yarn every two rows, using loose ends to make up the fringe.
Finished size: 90″ long by 21″ wide (includes 5″ fringe)
Yarn: Any Sunday Knits 3-ply yarns (246 yd / 225 m per 50-gm skein), or any light sport or plump fingering weight yarn that works nicely to gauge. Work stripes in any number of colors: 1100 yds total.
