Description
Perfect for a shower gift, this charming baby blanket is worked in the round from the center outward. It works equally well in a single color or as one madcap stash busting project where no two colors are the same.
For the multi-color version I used balls of Karabella Aurora 6 & Aurora 8 that I’ve had in my stash for years. I changed colors every 8 rounds. For the last two bands of color I used slightly more than one 50g skein each. I worked this version on larger needles (US 9) at a larger gauge – 11.5 sts = 4″ for a finished blanket that is 40″ square.
