Measurements : Child = 16″ circumference stretches out to 19″ X 7.33″ tall Teen/Adult = 18.28″ circumference stretches out to 21.28″ X 8″ tall Adult larger heads = 20.57″ circumference stretches out to 23.57″ x 8″ tall
