Simple stockinette stitch is outlined in classic 1×1 rib. The cardigan version of mainstay, it is approximately 4″ longer than its namesake, but has the same accented shirt tailed side vents and beautifully curved, deeper crew neckline and relaxed fit throughout. Just like mainstay, the mainstay cardi is the kind of sweater that you want to wear time-and-time again. And, it can be knit with or without pockets!
