Plymouth Yarn Encore is a favorite machine-washable acrylic and wool blend, perfect for everything from kids’ clothing to afghans and beyond. The 75% acrylic content makes it hard-wearing and easy on the budget, while the 25% wool gives it stitch definition and a little spring, so cables and textured stitches stay crisp. It washes and tumble dries on low, and comes in a large range of shades that are easy to combine.
