Rowan Petal from Bloom 1 is a lovely women’s cropped turtleneckpullover with buttons on the inside of back sleeve extensions borders knit withtwo strands of Cotton Wool held together. The sweater is knit flat in pieces from thebottom up, and then the shoulders are bound off using a 3-needle bind-off. Theturtleneck stitches are picked up along the neck edge and worked in the round.You’ll have this done in no time!
