Introducing STEPWISE mitts! The second in the series of stepwise patterns, STEPWISE mitts combines the simplicity of Sequence Knitting and the drama of Intarsia colorwork to produce a stunning color-block wrap.
ONE SIZE (fits most adults)
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Finished circumference: 8 ¾″/22cm Finished length: 9″/23cm
YARN Approx 200 yds/185m MC, 75 yds/70m CC and 25 yds/25m of 7 additional colors of fingering weight yarn
GAUGE 26 sts and 52 rows = 4″/10cm in Sequence Rib (blocked)
NEEDLES Size 3 US/3.25mm straight and DPNs or size needed to obtain gauge
CONSTRUCTION Knit flat and seamed. Thumb gusset sts are picked up and the thumb is worked in the round.
