Valley Yarns Four Corners Placemats are beautiful mats that are a great way to try your hand at Warp Rep. We walk you through the weaving of the sample to learn the technique and then onto a set of 4 placemats for your table. Choose colors to match your plates or dining area, or go with our delightful colorway.
Equipment: 4-shaft loom, at least 18″ wide, but as wide and sturdy as possible because warp rep requires very firm tension and beat. 1 ski shuttle and 1 boat shuttle, preferable, or two stick shuttles longer than 12″, or a stick shuttle and a boat shuttle, matching buttonhole thread for hems.
