Valley Yarns MountainLaurel is a must-have fitted cabled women’s pullover knit in Hampden. Thesweater is cleverly constructed with a deep v-neck, dropped shoulders,integrated dolman sleeves that end at the elbow, and a deep ribbed hem thatcreates an empire waist. The cabled topper is knit in three pieces. The ribbedband is knit in the round, and the bodice and sleeves are worked back and forthin two pieces. Valley Yarns Hampden is a stunningly soft blendof baby alpaca, Merino wool, and silk available in a palette of rich, saturatedcolors. This yarn has a wonderful balance of warmth, drape, and sheen from itsfiber content, making it fantastic for any DK weight project. The cable patterns are charted and written out.
