Pitaya is a solid-color version of a yoke sweater with a textured stitch pattern that includes purl and twist stitches knit in Amherst. Its fitted design has waistshaping and a feminine scoop neck and sits at mid-hip. The body and sleeves areworked separately, in the round from the bottom up, and then the sleevestitches are joined to the body. Valley Yarns Amherst is a smooth worstedweight yarn that beautifully shows texture and stitch patterns and has a widerange of colors perfect for this women’s pullover. The diamond yoke pattern is charted and written out.
